The 7 Steps to Freedom from Alcohol – Realisation
Alcohol is a powerful addictive substance. It is fair to say that to have tried and failed to quit many times does not make you a weak willed or spineless person. On the contrary most drinkers are strong willed, intelligent people. Many people can stop drinking relatively easily. Many people find it difficult.
That’s what we at AFB are here to help with.
If you can quit by using the material here for free, then I would be very pleased to hear from you.
We are here to lend you a hand and give support to those who need it.
Once you have awareness and accept that you are at Step 1 CONSTERNATION
Step 2 REALIZATION is the point where you take action to make the change that you want to make because you have been at Step 1.
My “inspiration” came from a guy who had to go into rehab.
DISCLAIMER: This website is here to help people who had/have a relationship with alcohol that has got out of hand. The excesses are increasing, out of control.
It is not here to help chronic alcoholics. I am not a doctor or physician and have no medical training whatsoever. Therefore, if you fall into that group you need to seek professional help.
My inspirer or mentor you could call him went to rehab and then quit, just like that. He makes it look easy, but he did the steps that you are being asked to do. His video which I have included on the course got 700,000 views and over 5,000 comments. More than he could ever respond to. Many asking for a system, a process to help them quit this powerful drug.
But preparation is so important and Steps 1 & 2 are part of that preparation. If you haven’t reached this Stage, then proceeding past this point isn’t for you!
You are welcome back once you have experiences Stages 1 & 2.
So, your mind is made up.no more looking for solutions to solve a problem you have had the courage to accept, and now is the time to address it.
Follow the process.
Trust the process
