Your Relationship with Alcohol
For those that want to control their relationship with alcohol better, this can be a challenge too far.
I quit drinking alcohol in oct 21and it was a considerable life upgrade.
So, I know how hard we can make it for ourselves.
I searched the internet for some help and guidance and completed many courses to no avail.
They were too short and didn’t provide a system that I could follow.
MY OWN SYSTEM
So, I developed my own system/way of going about it.
This revolved around the time I gave up smoking, some 30 no, 40 years ago. that’s what this blog is all about.
Most of the problem is between our ears. The physical side of withdrawal is minimal.
UNBRAINWASHING
We need to unbrainwash ourselves from the belief that you cannot have a good time without booze.
Enough about me, suffice to say most of us need some help when it comes to major life changes.
A system that works is a good one to follow.
This is where I need some help from you.
I know what worked for me, but we are all a bit different.
The 3 unique points
Unique Point 1.
This course will not be what I think is right for you, but it is about what you want, not what I think you want.
Unique Point 2.
Most of our drinking is a form of bad habits and repetitive behavior.
That’s what makes it so hard to change.
We need to develop new habits.
New habits take 100 days to form.
My intention is to create a pathway that takes 100 days to complete for that reason.
Unique Point 3.
Limited entry to the course.
This is not a get rich quick venture.
We need the right mindset at the start.
If you’re not ready, you’re not ready for this step.
There will be barriers to entry for a good reason.
1st an application form
2nd a telephone conversation with the founder to ensure there is a good fit.
This is to cap the number in each class to those who have the correct mindset
They want to do this 100-day course and help me to build it.
Each participant will be telephoned by me each week,(free of charge)
to establish progress and give feedback on the content of the course for them.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Your feedback is very welcome
